Executive Committee Members
NEPAN's Executive Committee (EC) is composed of 13 persons, including 12 elected by the General Council from amongst NEPAN's voting members and the immediate past Chairperson. According to NEPAN's Memorandum of Association, it is mandatory to have at least 2 women members as EC members. In accordance with the current law of the country, only Nepali citizens can hold office. The committee is coordinated by the Chairperson and also has a Treasurer.
The EC has the overall responsibility and authority to administer and manage NEPAN's resources and programs through planning, budgeting, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting, within the framework of policies, plans and budget approved by the General Council and as delegated by the General Council.
The Executive Committee has three sub-committees. They include:

- Publication and Communication Sub-committee
- Admin and finance Sub-committee
