With realization of the worse condition of governance situation of Nepal, NEPAN is willing to work in governance sector and it has been one of the thematic areas of NEPAN. Only people can participate if there is the feeling of governance. So that governance is one of the catalysts for people's participation in development. Currently an interest group has been formed. This group is working for the preparation of terms of references.
