General Council
NEPAN's General Council (GC), composed of all its individual and institutional members, is the ultimate decision making body. It establishes and approves overall vision, direction and policies of NEPAN. It can also amend the Memorandum of Association, rules and regulations of NEPAN.
The General Council ordinarily meets once a year. The Council meeting reviews and approves NEPAN's annual report (including financial reports) for the previous year and approves annual programme and budget for the following year. It appoints external auditor for NEPAN and passes NEPAN's audited accounts prepared by the appointed external auditor. The GC also elects the executive committee from amongst its voting members through a secret ballot.
